Mat Pilates

Tower Pilates

The tower uses springs and attachments to create a uniquely varied movement experience - challenging your strength, stability, and flexibility in ways that keep things interesting. Suitable for all experience levels, and genuinely one of the most fun classes we offer.

Pilates Circuit

Rotate through stations across multiple apparatus for a full-body session that never gets boring. Circuit brings together the best of what Pilates has to offer in one dynamic, high-energy class - with a community atmosphere that makes it even better.

Clinical Pilates

Movement-based support for injury rehab or managing a specific condition, delivered by skilled teachers working alongside your broader health team. Individually tailored to you and what your body actually needs.
